Welcome to Jane Buckley Guitar Tuition!
Want to learn guitar, maybe classical, electric, bass...or you are not sure? Well you're in the right place! I teach all types of guitar (acoustic, classical, electric and bass) even ukulele to complete beginners and the more advanced guitarist, whatever the age.
No knowledge of music is required either for most guitar styles. This can be taught if requested for acoustic, electric or bass guitar but is essential for classical guitar tuition. Lessons are tailored to the individual student, being just for fun or to work towards exams. I prefer to teach students the style of music they wish to learn, to make lessons more interesting.
Not sure what guitar you want to play yet and don't have a guitar? No problem - I have guitars at my studio in Dumfries that you can use on the day and I also offer a rental scheme.
